There is no hard minimum

The bottle and the scent set the floor. Tell us what you are trying to build, and we tell you what is possible at your price.

What moves the price

We quote per order rather than publishing a list, because six things move the number and they move it independently. Knowing which ones you can give ground on is worth more than a price list you would have to argue with anyway.

The oil

Costs less

An oil sitting near a widely used accord is easy to source, and most briefs land there.

Costs more

A rarer oil costs more per kilo, and that difference is carried by every single unit in the run.

The bottle

Costs less

A stock bottle from our floor needs no tooling, so nothing is paid before the run starts.

Costs more

A shape of your own means tooling. Tooling is paid once, but it is paid before the first bottle exists.

The cap

Costs less

Standard caps in the finishes we hold.

Costs more

Custom colour, added weight or metal plating, each ordered separately.

The label

Costs less

One or two colours on a stock material.

Costs more

Foil, embossing, textured papers, many colours — every extra pass is another price.

The outer packaging

Costs less

A plain carton, or none at all if the bottle ships as it is.

Costs more

Rigid box, printed insert, cellophane overwrap.

The size of the run

Costs less

A larger run spreads setup across more pieces, so the unit price falls.

Costs more

A small first run carries the same setup on fewer pieces. This is the real reason minimums exist.

From your brief to a pallet on the truck

Six stages, nothing sub-contracted out of sight. Development, filling, assembly and packing all happen in the same building in Sharjah.

01

Brief

You tell us what you want it to smell like, how many pieces you can move, the bottle you have in mind and the price you need to land on. We come back with what is possible at that price and what would have to change.

Nothing to photograph — this stage is a conversation

02

Matching the scent, and samples

The oil comes from a fragrance house, chosen to sit where your reference sits and to work at the price you need. We compound it with alcohol here, let it macerate, then run it through cold filtration — the step that stops a perfume clouding on a cold shelf, and the one a trading company skips because it never had the equipment. Samples reach you as scent, bottle and label together, and nothing goes into production until you sign off.

Filling

Bottles are blown out with ionised air, then filled on a four-head piston line to the volume on your specification and checked across the run. The same settings hold from the first bottle to the last, which is what makes a repeat order match the first one.

04

Capping and assembly

Necks are crimped, caps seated, labels applied and the bottle assembled to the approved sample. This is where a private label order either looks like a brand or looks like a bottle with a sticker on it.

05

Packing

Bottles are boxed and the boxes overwrapped in film. Overwrap is what survives a container and a customs inspection looking like new stock rather than returned stock.

Dispatch

Cartons are sealed, palletised and handed over. Export documentation is prepared for the order, and the conformity documents that apply to your market travel in the same file.

Five things make a quote real

Send these and you get pricing instead of questions. Send fewer and the first reply will only ask for the rest.

Export documentation is prepared for every order, and the conformity documents the factory holds travel with it. What we hold and what each document covers →
