What we do with your details

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the details of what you want produced — quantity, bottle, reference scents, target price and your message. If you ticked fragrances in the catalogue before writing, that list travels with the request too.

We also record the moment you gave consent. Nothing else: this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

Why we keep it

To answer your request and to quote a price. Production is quoted per order, so a real answer needs the details above. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and a notification may be sent to our internal Telegram chat so nothing waits unanswered. Both are reachable only by our own staff.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after we last spoke, then the request is deleted. If an order goes ahead, the paperwork tied to it is kept for as long as UAE bookkeeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your details sooner than that, and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.Write to info@luxlineuae.com and say which.

Sending the form is the only way this site collects anything. If you would rather not fill it in, message us instead — a conversation asks nothing of you beyond what you choose to say.
